One bathroom, open concept kitchen and living room with large windows and high ceilings. Unfurnished.

Tenants pay a monthly fee toward (gas) heat bill. Water/sewer is included.
Amenities:
Off-street parking spaces with permit included. Parking lot in front of building. (Snow plowing of parking lot is included).
Coin-operated laundry machines in lobby.
Pets considered. (Keep in mind there is no yard/lawn).
