Enjoy your privacy in this newly built ADU apartment with private entrance. This ADU is situated in the HEART of Silicon Valley, in a quiet, safe, family neighborhood with free street parking. Close to many Hi-Tech Co and other point of interests. Ie. Cisco, Intel, KLA-Tencor, Cadence, Tesla, Levi's Stadium, downtown San Jose, ~5mis from SJC airport, etc. NOTE: Bi-weekly cleaning included in the rent (value $200-$300). SINGLE occupancy only. Overnight guest is negotiable with a night charge of $15/night, 1 guest per visit. NOTE: Shared utils with other tenants on the property. Non-smokers will feel at home in this private, spacious studio with a queen size hybrid memory foam bed and a couch. This newly built ADU is FULLY FURNISH, well-equipped, and tastefully appointed with new furniture and beautiful wall arts. The centerpiece is a queen-size hybrid memory foam bed. Please note, you will need to provide your own beddings, toiletry, etc. This ADU has all of the amenities needed for either short-term or long-term stays, a full-size bathroom with shower, and a full size kitchen. There is no cable or satellite. The full size kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer combo, a microwave, Stove top/Oven combo, electric tea kettle, pots/pans, etc. We also have cutlery, a cutting board, and various kitchen and cooking utensils. There is also a work desk and chair which you can use as a place to work on your laptop. Or sit on the comfy couch to relax and catch up on your favorite show(s). We have Wyze Floodlight security video cameras covering the outdoor areas of the property. So, if you come back after dark, you will have plenty of light. Anyone not listed on the Lease agreement are NOT allowed to access the property after 11:00pm or anytime without tenant's presence at the property. If this is violated, this will be considered breach of contract. We do not accept animals because they would jeopardize our health. We do not allow do-it-yourself hair coloring because it permanently stains the bathroom fixtures. Please reserve quiet hours, M-Sun, 10pm-7am NOTE: This private ADU shares walls with the main house. We have added sound proofing to all the common walls, but it is impossible to eliminate all source of noise. Please use a headphone/headset after the "quiet hour" listed above. You will have your own private access and entry to the ADU. You will NOT have access to the main house and NO one in the main house will have access to the ADU. Included in the rent is a bi-weekly cleaning, which tenant CAN'T opt out. The cleaners will disinfect and clean the studio. Tenant must ensure studio is free of clutter so cleaners can thoroughly clean and do their job well. Min 6 months, then month to month.
