Enjoy all the amenities the area has to offer: tubing at Cranmore, ice skating and sleigh rides at Nestlenook Farms, or take a guided snowmobile tour with Northern Extreme. Downtown North Conway is 10-15 minutes and offers loads of great dining and shopping. The condo has four large bedrooms and two full baths - enough to bring plenty of friends and enjoy the winter scenery. Great mountain views from the deck and first floor! The living room has cathedral ceilings and a live wood burning fireplace for relaxing with a movie on a cold winter night. The monthly rent is $3,500 and includes all utilities. The exact start/end dates are flexible but we suggest mid December to mid April to maximize the ski season! There is in-unit washer/dryer. Some pets may be considered.
