When you walk into the apartment you are entering the kitchen. The kitchen is newly renovated with new cabinets, counters, sink, microwave & dishwasher. There is also a fridge and stove. The kitchen flows into a large dining/living room area. The main bedroom is big and has 3 closets. The second room is decent size with a smaller closet. Unit B is upstairs and shares an access with Unit A. Both Units share the foyer area, which is covered. The unit shares a renovated laundry room with unit A that is located on the ground floor. There is a small yard tenant can use to BBQ and sit outside and enjoy. This area is not an onsite storage for tenants excesses personal belongings. Acceptable items are small BBQ, bicycle (1 per tenant), small patio furniture Unit B is only accessible via the staircase shown in the photos. The unit is part of a triplex, Unit A & B are upstairs, and another unit is located directly below. The building is older; walls are thin and respect for your fellow tenants shall be expected and enforced.

One Year Lease required. First month rent of $1,350.00 and Security deposit of $1,000.00 to move in. * Apartment is also available furnished ay $1,450.00/month and same T&C. Tenant required to sign up and pay for electric with Wahkiakum County PUD. Tenant to pay minimum for water and sewer to owner monthly. The current minimum for the triplex is $405.00. This is divided by the 3 units equaling $135/unit. Tenant will pay their share of any excess of the minimum. Owner will provide tenants with copy of monthly invoice. Garbage is paid by owner. This covers one 64-gallon garbage can. Additional charges will be back charged to the tenant with invoice provided. On the street parking. Others to complete yard work. No Satellite dishes and no new hole's drill into building. Absolutely no smoking. Washer and Dryer available and shared with the Apartment A.
Other Screening Requirements: *Owner utilizes a tool provided by Zillow to provide screening application ($35 per tenant). * Owner will send an application once applicant has talked to the owner and/or visited the apartment. * All applicants over 18 are required to be screened. * Owner will not accept a reusable tenant screening report *Screening will cover a background check which will include, SNN trace, eviction search, sex offender check, Global and National Crime search. * Credit check * Employment & Income verification. A single or multiple negative report(s) from one of the above, may lead to denial of application.
