The well-appointed kitchenette allowing guests to cook & with a grill outside. The entrance and patio area is private and not shared. This is a country farm setting. We have goats & sheep. We are within walking distance to the grassland's trails and wineries. The view of the hills and sunsets are fabulous. Enjoy the animals and wildlife while relaxing by our two ponds. This is a very naturally peaceful & beautiful place, and the community is fantastic. Great place for a vacation, visiting local family or friends or a quick weekend trip that is not too far from the city. Renter pays first and last month's rent. All utilities are included in the rent. This apartment is a NO SMOKING zone.
