The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, featuring a full-size lower bunk and a twin-size upper bunk that can support up to 250 lbs. This room also comes with bed sheets, a dresser, a closet, and TV/Cable. The second bathroom, conveniently situated in the hallway, includes a full shower and essential towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, and dishwasher, making cooking easy and enjoyable. You'll also have access to a washer and dryer for added convenience. As your landlord, please note that we require a non-refundable security deposit along with an application fee. There is separate deposit required for the property key and scanner, which is refundable upon move-out, provided these items are returned without loss.
