Refundable Security Deposit: $2675.00. Non-Refundable Carpet Cleaning Fee: $400.00. Residents are required to carry Renters Insurance and are responsible for all utilities, yard care, and maintenance and must adhere to the HOA guidelines that will be reviewed prior to occupancy. Pets must be approved by management and will require per pet non-refundable fee and monthly pet rental fee. For those with pets, the renter's insurance policy must include coverage for pet damage. The initial lease term will be 12 months and an account review will be required prior to renewal. Renter's Insurance is required and proof of insurance must be provided prior to occupancy with liability coverage of $250,000.00. Parking is available to 2 cars in the garage and additional vehicles will need to be approved by the ownership and must follow the HOA requirements and restrictions. All persons 18 years or older that will be residing in the home will need to complete a new Application that will screen for credit, criminal, employment, and income verifications. Income requirements must equal 3x the monthly rent amount. ($8025.00) for a single family. Credit score of 600+ per applicant.
