You can come by to tour at the open house on Sunday to see the fully furnished space. Build your credit here! I use Front Lobby to report your rent payments to the credit bureaus in support of building your credit profile. Walking distance to the Hollywood Farmers Market, Whole Foods Market, Killer Burger, New Deal Cafe, and Normandie Park. The stairs open to a huge open living space with views that overlook the neighboring homes. High ceilings with tons of natural light. There is a private bedroom with a door that closes, and another area that could function as an additional sleeping space, capable of being separated by a privacy barrier. The space has a brand new bathtub installed in its super unique and quirky bathroom. The private kitchen has a dishwasher, oven/stove, fridge, and plenty of kitchen cabinets. The brand new (9/2023) washer and dryer is shared with others that live on the main level, and with a third housemate that resides in the basement ADU. There is door separation between all three living spaces. There is a small backyard that is also shared space. You're welcome to hang out back there and grill food, or grow food, or just chill in the peaceful space. Parking is on the street. There is a Ring video doorbell, which you can connect your smart phone to so that you can see and hear when you're friends arrive at the side door of the house. You can also talk to visitors at your door, even if you're not at home. Rent is $1420 plus $175 in utilities. Utilities include water, electricity, natural gas, garbage, and internet. For a second tenant in this space, there is an added $75/month utility fee to cover the added water expense. It is the most expensive utility there is, and each individual person adds significant cost to the water bill. Move in is $1,420 + $175 + $1,420 security deposit for a total of $3,015. (+$75 for a second person). The owner is a non drinker and non smoker. You are a non smoker. Prefers to not have tons of large or loud or late night gatherings at the house. But on occasion, friends do come hang out in the backyard, and those friends might bring beer or wine for themselves. Alcohol is not prohibited. I'd just prefer to have low key tenants/housemates that aren't into partying and being loud. We will be sharing a ceiling/floor with each other, and being mindful and respectful of that will be appreciated. Please share a little bit about yourself, and what is attracting you to this space. While there is separation between living spaces, I'd like to share my property with someone that I'm somewhat compatible with. Utilities are billed at $175 per month. Second person add $75. It includes electricity, internet, trash, water and sewer. No smoking on property. One small pet allowed . Parking is street parking. It is a shared home with separate entry and shared laundry space and hallways. Please only apply if you can comply with health regulations for shared living spaces and noise ordinances. We intend to end this lease on March 31st, 2027. Tenant may end lease at any time with 30 days notice. There is no early termination penalty so long as 30 days notice is provided.
    The City of Portland requires a notice to applicants of the Portland Housing Bureau’s Statement of Applicant Rights. Additionally, Portland requires a notice to applicants relating to a Tenant’s right to request a Modification or Accommodation.
