Newly renovated with hardwood floors, eleven foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central air and heat, washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, balcony overlooking charming New Orleans street. Parking available on street. Approximately 800 square feet. The apartment is on the second floor of a Victorian house. You enter into the living room which is open to the dining area and the kitchen. In the front of the house is one bedroom which opens onto the balcony. In the back is the second bedroom. There is complete privacy because unlike so many New Orleans houses you do not have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom or to the bathroom. The bathroom is located off the living room. There are lots of windows and natural light. The location is excellent: three blocks to St. Charles Avenue with the street car for a ride downtown to the French Quarter or uptown to Audubon Park, Tulane University and Loyola University. The apartment is three to six blocks to the Mardi Gras parades on Napoleon and St. Charles and ten short blocks to Magazine Street or Freret Street. Apartment is available between approximately December 27, 2025 and January 1, 2026. There is a very modest fee which goes to the application company when filing the application for this rental. Tenant pays electric, gas and one half of water bill. Apartment is unfurnished although pictures may show it furnished. If pet, non-refundable pet security deposit $250, $25 per pet, pet rent per month.
