This is a simple, well-cared-for top-floor apartment with its own entrance. I (owner) live in the house on the bottom unit, so I keep an eye on things and try to make sure the place feels comfortable and easy to settle into. The space is open with vaulted ceilings and it gets great natural light most of the day.
It's furnished with the basics you actually need (bed, sofa, dining spot) and the kitchen is stocked with essentials (pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, etc). There's in-unit laundry, off-street parking, and a small private porch that's great for a quiet moment. Wi-Fi is included. The backyard is a work in progress right now; I'm putting in a simple patio and grill area for summer.
The location is part of why I love living here: you can get to coffee, groceries, and the lake quickly, and the neighborhood feels friendly and walkable without being hectic. If you're looking for a clean, bright place in that's looked after with care and is in a desirable location, this should fit well.
