    I knocked on the manager's door but there was no answer. I walked to the unit in question, which had an OPEN HOUSE sign on the door so I went in.

    The apartment is a little too small for my needs. I loved the fact that it had onsite parking, was near the laundry room, and had a lot of storage space cabinet-wise (kitchen and hallway); however, the living room, kitchen and bedroom were too small for the items I would put in it. The price was also good, but as much as I liked those aspects of it, I do not want to be cramped or compressed.

    Never saw manager when I saw the unit. This place was smelling of gas and if you just cannot afford to live somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend it.

    I had no contact with the manager. I knocked on the manager's door but there was no answer. However, there was a sign on the available unit that stated Open House, and the front door was unlocked and one could go in and take a look around. I did not like it because the living room and bedroom were too small for my needs. I am already compressed where I live so I don't want to continue to be compressed. Hopefully something a little larger in Gardena will become available soon for at or near the same monthly rent. Thank you for asking.
