The property has a very cool fully fenced and spacious yard (shared with me and another female), an indoor/outdoor hot tub for use, a nice deck, a disc golf hole, a propane grill for use, and more. Utilities are a flat $200 a month and include water, sewer, electricity, gigabit speed internet, and everything else. The unit comes equipped with two propane tanks for the grill - those will need to be refilled yourself (but they should last an extremely long time since they aren't used for heating or hot water). Possibility to use the washer/dryer inside the home or to have smaller units installed, depends and would need a discussion. Looking for people who will take good care of it since it is brand new! Pets allowed as long as they are not problematic. I have one small dog and so does the other female on the property. No smoking inside (vapes are fine). One parking spot provided, street parking is additionally available. Unit is located in the back yard with direct access from the front gate.
