     Property

    The living room and bedroom were nice, but the bathroom and kitchen were super tiny (pictures definitely hid this issue). Not for us.

     Management

    They showed up on time but didn't seem entirely prepared. They admitted they'd never been in this building before and didn't really say much at all while we looked.
