     Property

    The unit is gutted to studs, and much smaller than the pictures. Though the listing says "photos of a comparable unit" I'm not sure they could be considered comparable given the size difference. The listing also says "was just fully renovated" but in fact it is mid-renovation. One of the bedrooms is in the basement, which was not stated in the listing.

     Management

    He was nice enough, but a little pushy. I get it, but if I say a feature is a deal breaker for me, just move on.
