This home is also centrally located for exploring Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, world-class fly fishing, river rafting, and horseback riding. Each bedroom suite features a queen bed and a private bathroom, and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The beautiful fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee pot. A cozy living room with a slate tile propane fireplace and large picture windows facing a stream and open space is inviting and relaxing. For your in-home entertainment, there is wireless internet access, a smart TV with access to streaming services using your own accounts, and a DVD/VCR. The home also includes a washer/dryer and a large 1-car heated garage for your use. The home features a large private back deck that runs the entire length of the home, with sliding patio doors off each bedroom. The deck sits right next to the stream with large shade trees, a propane BBQ, dining table and chairs, and Adirondack chairs just outside of the master bedroom. There is also a covered front deck with stunning views of the Big Hole Mountain Range and sunsets on the western side of Teton Valley. The neighborhood walking path follows the seasonal stream, offering an evening stroll with views of Fred's Mountain and the Teton Range. Additionally, the home includes an enclosed 3-season room leading to the back deck. The home is conveniently located between two entrances to Yellowstone National Park, with the West Entrance just under 2 hours away and the South Entrance approximately 2.5 hours away. Grand Teton National Park is only an hour's drive. You can also access hiking and activities in the Tetons here in Teton Valley, affectionately known as the quiet side of the Tetons. Grand Targhee Ski and Summer Resort is a mere 16-minute drive, while Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is about 53 minutes away. The home is also within easy reach of regional airports, with Idaho Falls, ID, and Jackson, WY, both just over an hour away. Nearby towns include Driggs, ID, Victor, ID, and Jackson, WY, all within an hour's drive. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events, parties, large gatherings, or weddings are allowed. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks, with an additional charge applied if any butts are found on the property. Please turn off all exterior lights at night to preserve the beauty of the dark skies in the valley. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Electric living room blinds are controlled by a remote on the side of the wall by the sunroom. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home, and no fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including but not limited to leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
