    What's special

Washer and dryerLarge mid-century condoPrivate walled patio
Large mid-century condo, of 2100sf. Furnished as seen in the photos. Three bedrooms, two baths, 2100 square feet. Excellent South Palm Springs location near Jensen's, and Manhattan restaurant. All residences at Sandcliff are single ground-floor, and there are two pools and two hot tubs. Residence has no steps whatsoever. Washer and dryer. King bed in the master, king in one guest bedroom and queen in another. Private walled patio. You can google search for a historical article on this complex with this info: pspreservationfoundation sandcliff-district Rental price of $5000 per month is based on a seasonal rental of three or four months, which would be typically December through March. Longer terms are possible. The condo is professionally managed by a licensed real estate agent. Please contact us if you have questions or wish to start the application process. Rental is on approved credit. NOTE: SO-CALLED "CORPORATE" HOUSING CONTRACTS, where you wish to sublet as AirBnBs etc, are not accepted. So do not inquire for that type of rental. I have received at least 32 such requests and it tastes of a scam, from my perspective. Available for high season early 2026. Utilities and internet are included, but not cable tv. No smoking is permitted. I am looking for 2 or 3 months occupancy.
