The home was small, but had clearly just been updated. They were very beautiful finishings throughout. And then there's the master bed / bath....... I feel like someone must have been drunk when they made the decision to put a toilet in a shower stall in the back half of a bedroom. I actually laughed out loud when I saw it. I understand the need to be able to compete with a lot of the places around there, but this was a seriously terrible idea that makes it look cheap and not well thought out. It's kind of like when kindergarteners write their name and they start off really big and then realize that there's no more room on the page so everything gets really tiny in a few of the letters have to go underneath. But if you want to lay on your bed and watch you significant other take a poop and a shower at the same time, then this is the place for you! The sad thing is I would have absolutely considered renting it if it were still a 2-bed 1-bath despite there being no washer and dryer or washer and dryer hookups like the listings claimed.
