If you have 2 cars there is also quite a bit of street parking all around the area. Located in Silver Terrace, Portola area, close to Bernal Heights and Dogpatch Neighborhood Newly renovated, relaxing front yard. Very close to Bernal Heights and Dogpatch Up and coming neighborhood, quiet located on a "no outlet" street with minimal traffic. The house is at the back of the property with a lot of privacy, unique. The neighborhood is mostly families. 5-7 minute drive to Mission District. Near 280 and 101, so 10-minute drive downtown (!). Also easy access to SFO (~10 min), and peninsula/San Mateo is 15-18 minutes away. This may be the most central location in San Francisco! The most popular malls are now Stonestown and Serramonte, which are only a 10 minute drive away, because of proximity to 280 and 101. A good location if you like being in the city, but living a little outside of it. Bernal heights park and McLaren park are great hikes with nice views nearby. Close to: San Bruno Ave: Multiple Pho restaurants, shops, Bahn Mi House (2 min walk), Hey Neighbor (cool new coffee shop), and unique community gardens nearby (see pic).
