Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. However, pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
The neighborhood is charming and established, conveniently located near the Interstate, downtown, shopping, and dining. Private parking is available, and the area is serviced by Uber and Lyft for easy transportation.
Access to the home is through the front or back door with a digital lock. You will receive the code at check-in. The home has a private driveway for parking. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Excessive trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal.
