    The outside of the building is brick and siding and the exterior landscape is lush and beautiful. The HOA does a great job of maintaining the grounds. This condo has new paint and laminate flooring throughout. Downstairs is the living room, dining area and Kitchen. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless appliances which includes Stove/oven, microwave, d/w and refrigerator. A door leads out of the kitchen to the private covered patio. There is a back gate with access to your parking space and storage. The parking is gated. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. There is one bedroom downstairs with a deep closet. And a half bath for convenience. At the top of the stairs is a hall bath with tub/shower, toilet & sink. To the right is the second and third bedrooms. To the left is the main bedroom with double door access and a ceiling fan. A dressing room area with a sink just off the beautiful walk in closet with a window. There is a monthly utility surcharge of $75 for w/s/g. One small dog #10 or less will be considered with $40 per month pet rent and the resident needs to carry renters insurance. In order to qualify you need to have: Legal and verifiable income of approximately three times the monthly rent Two recent years of favorable rental references with a minimum of one year for each and every applicant (excluding renting from family members or friends) or home ownership Minimum of two lines of excellent credit established with a creditor for at least six months who reports to Esperian. Negative references or collections may keep an application from being approved. An application will be declined if a bankruptcy has been discharged but is less than two years previous to the application being submitted. No Evictions If your application is not processed for any reason $5 of the $50 application fee that will not be refunded. We do not accept Zillow applications.
