Property
This was the most disgusting unit I’ve ever seen. I walked in and it smelt like urine. You’d think they would clean the apartment before welcoming people to an open house. The property was dark and dungeoness. Worst experience yet!
Management
Completely unfriendly! Did not even introduce herself or make me feel welcome. I don’t even know if the person was the realtor or property manager. It was a pathetic open house.

Property
Very tiny bedrooms, very little closet space.
Management
The person who met me there didn't even introduce herself or say anything about the unit, couldn't answer any questions. Not professional at all...Not a good showing.

Centered in North Redondo Beach, 90278 blends laid‑back coastal living with suburban calm: tree‑lined streets, “tall-and-skinny” homes in Golden Hills, steady ocean breezes, and mild, sunny days. Recent Zillow market trends show a median asking rent around $3,400, with most listings ranging roughly $2,600–$5,200 over the past few months. Daily life orbits Artesia and Aviation boulevards, where you’ll find grocery options like Ralphs, coffee spots and casual eateries (ramen, sushi, Korean BBQ, taco stands), fitness studios, and the South Bay Galleria for shopping. Parks such as Anderson Park, Perry Park, and Aviation Park (with its track) anchor pick-up sports, dog walks, and weekend picnics; beach paths and the Strand are a quick bike ride away for surfing and coastal cruises. Evenings skew relaxed with local pubs and breweries, while the livelier Hermosa and Manhattan Beach scenes are close by. Expect a friendly mix of long‑time locals, young professionals, and families; it’s very pet‑friendly and outdoor‑oriented.
