The front yard is enclosed with a locking gate and outdoor patio space, rear yard access is not included.
We accept Zillow applications. All residents must sign the lease and undergo a background check. 12 month lease is offered at the advertised rent, other lease terms are negotiable.

2. Proof of Income: Attach in the application your Last Two Pay Stubs.
3. Current and Previous Landlord references must be submitted on application for verification purposes. We require current and previous Landlord references for each Applicant. If Applicants have different Landlords they will each be required to submit.
