The fully equipped kitchen and well-appointed dining room are accessible through the living room. The home features four bedrooms and an open room converted into an extra sleeping space. Two bedrooms, each with two full beds, are located upstairs along with a full bathroom. The main level houses the additional two bedrooms, the open room, and two full bathrooms. Outside, guests can enjoy a BBQ and patio furniture.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. However, pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, additional cleaning costs will be charged.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Trash must be bagged and placed in the provided bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal.
