Lost pool pass cards will be charged at $50 for replacement. Any damage caused by the occupants, visitors or pets if approved at lease end will result in additional costs to return the unit to the original condition. Any cleaning, painting or other repairs due to tenant use will be deducted from the deposit. Adequate income to cover rent must be documented with pay stubs or letter from employer. A minimum credit score of 650 is required.
