The bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the modern bathroom offers all you need to freshen up. The unit is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. Outside, you can soak in the serene atmosphere on the patio, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Located just 6 minutes away from downtown Santa Barbara, 10 minutes from UCSB, 7 minutes from numerous beaches, and 13 minutes from beautiful hiking trails, you'll have easy access to all the excitement and beauty that Santa Barbara has to offer. Elings Park is a short walk away, offering ocean views as a reward for your exercise. The property is slightly under a mile from Cottage Hospital, making this a great option for traveling nurses. We wanted to make sure that the space was filled with character, avoiding the typical simple designs of most SB rental units. With this goal in mind, we created a space we would personally love to stay. With its charming decor and modern amenities, it's a place where you can create cherished memories and experience the true essence of Santa Barbara. The unit is detached from the main house where we reside, offering you all the privacy you need with the convenience of the owners being available to you in a jiff. We loved our previous tenant but are happy for her that she decided to move to SB full time and get a long-term unfurnished unit. She is happy to be a reference if you'd like. Some details to note: -There are no more plants along the entrance now, the photos are from last year -Unit will be available Oct 1 -Rent includes all utilities including internet -If interested, please send us a bit of information about yourself and we can schedule a tour -Winner will need to undergo a background and credit check Due to City of Santa Barbara rules and regulations, the lease term must be a minimum of 30 days. Security deposit of $8,000 + first month's rent of $4,000 will be due at signing. Street parking only (usually plentiful). Owner pays for all utilities including internet.
