For families, the home includes a Pack 'n Play, high chair, stroller, kids' dining utensils, toys, and a white noise machine. Bedroom 2 is camping-themed and includes a star projector. All bathrooms are equipped with filtered water systems. Enjoy access to community amenities, including a community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, a scenic lake, and a sandy beach area. Additional kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent through the HOA. Located in Towamensing Trails, this home offers year-round activities. No parties are allowedviolations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Car information must be provided as soon as you confirm the booking. The fire pit is not for guest use. Lake access for kayaks/paddle boards etc. is closed after 10/18 but you can still walk around it. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Bedroom 6 includes a dedicated workspace.
