We will try to ensure that they are as quiet as possible, but you will likely hear some footfalls and some noise. Any issues with noise must be taken up directly with the upstairs tenant. You must be comfortable navigating a set of steep stairs. If you do not feel comfortable navigating steps, please know that this stairwell is slightly steeper than the average. a. Applicant must receive positive references from ALL previous landlords for the past five years. e. Applicants credit score must be a minimum of 650. f. Applicants must be clean and pay their rent on time, at all times. g. Applicants must be not smoke h. No history of evictions i. A background and credit check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. j. Pets will be allowed depending on the breed and temperament, with a $100 per month pet fee. k. Upon acceptance, tenant will pay first month and a security deposit by cashier's check upon signing of the lease l. Tenant pays 50% of electric, water, internet and garbage fees.
