Located just west of Austin along the sparkling south shore of Lake Travis, The Reserve at Lake Travis is a private luxury community. With direct access to Lake Travis, you're free to boat, swim, wakeboard, water ski, or cruise at your own pace. Explore nearby championship golf courses, browse over 125 shops and restaurants at the Hill Country Galleria, or grab a bite at one of the area's cozy, local diners. The vibrant music, food, and nightlife of downtown Austin are just a scenic 45-minute drive away. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $250, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. The Lazy River and Pool are undergoing maintenance and are projected to be finished in late 2026. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis water levels and may be lower than shown in listing photos; refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels.
