    Located in the quaint community of Lyons, 197 2nd Ave is an upstairs unit next to the parks, river and trails with views of the mountains in every direction. It is full of light and has two upper decks that surround you in the beautiful scenery of the Front Range foothills. You can walk everywhere from this convenient location and be in the heart of our downtown within minutes. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and lots of storage. There is also 1/2 of a two car garage shared with the downstairs neighbors with an EV Charger. The unit does not have a yard though the resident has access to the entire community which has individual gardens (which can be signed up for), grass yards, beautiful flowers and outside tables and chairs. There is also a shared common house where there is a gym, commercial kitchen, two shared washers and dryers (with just a few residents), and guest room with up to a week a year of use. Residents may also use the common house for personal events. Living in Lyons Valley Village is a great place for someone who values engagement with neighbors and community. There are community potlucks, birthday parties, games and music. The community is an intentional co-housing where people pitch in to care for each other as well as take care of the property. With the benefits there are some standard home maintenance responsibilities. Sorry no pets. Being an upstairs unit without a yard it is not conducive to dogs and the owner has a severe cat allergy. Please respect and understand this wish prior to submitting a tour request. Tenant is responsible for their own electric, gas and internet. Water and sewer are paid for by the HOA. Interested parties that submit our form will be given priority for scheduling. The portable tenant screening report must be provided to the landlord directly by the consumer reporting agency and can be no more than 30 days old and must include verification of employment, income, rental history, credit history and background check.
