Pooler offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. And with downtown Savannah just a few miles away, you'll have easy access to all the city's historic landmarks, museums, and nightlife. Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The property accommodates a maximum of 3 cars, with 1 in the front and 2 in the back. Please do not park in the spaces in front of other houses. Parties or events are not allowed, and the maximum number of guests must not be exceeded. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fee charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is 1 security camera and 1 video doorbell for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and guests are responsible for refilling them if they run out.
