Management
The ad did not include important details. I was excited to find a rental that looked within my price range to be notified that the landlord requires 3x the monthly rent in gross income when I have 2.5x. He also does not take the renter Zillow pre-screening. It is it what it is, but had I known these details I would not have had my hopes up.
