This is a smoke-free home; smoking is permitted outside only, and smoking inside will incur a remediation fee exceeding $1,000. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. All guests must be registered, and unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per guest per night. Late check-outs without pre-approval will result in a $100 fee, and if more than 90 minutes late, the greater of $250 or the full rate for another night will be charged.
