All questions answered promptly. Owner does not live on-site, manager lives next door.

     Property

Dingy, lease agent is very rude.

     Management

Very rude. Said I could walk around beforehand to get a scope of area. When I did that, he messaged me a very rude text saying I was not supposed do that although he had been the one to even suggest it as first. Good riddance.

Cool, marine-layer mornings and breezy, mild afternoons set the tone for kayaking, paddleboarding, surfing at Morro Strand, tidepooling, birding on the bay, and hiking Black Hill in Morro Bay State Park. The walkable Embarcadero and downtown cluster independent shops and galleries, seafood favorites like Giovanni’s Fish Market and Tognazzini’s Dockside, sit-down spots such as Windows on the Water, local pints at Three Stacks and a Rock, and coffee at Top Dog Coffee Bar and Skipper’s Brew.
