Home office and gym space available for those who need to work or work out. Maximum of four licensed vehicles in the driveway and garages. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, so please be respectful to our neighbors. No events allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. No smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks. An additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Please turn all exterior lights off at night, as the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley. Drive slowly in our neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs at the rental property, but feel free to ride from the house up Spring Creek without loading them up. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. No fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. Minimum $500 fine for smoking, vaping, or marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. Includes ergonomic chairs, Wi-Fi setup, keyboards, mice, and monitors. A laptop computer is not included.
