NOT ACCEPTING GENERAL ASSISTANCE PAYMENT... Our gorgeous historical Inn, in downtown Old Orchard Beach. Offering Winter Rentals once again! Going until the end of May. Located at 6 Portland Ave. Old Orchard Beach Maine. Prices vary depending on room type. Everything included. Heat, hot water, electricity, WiFi, cable, plowing/snow removal. All rooms include a private bathroom, TV, stand up mini fridge, microwave, seating area, and a dresser for clothing. There is an application process for our Winter rentals. There is a non refundable $25 application fee per applicant that is 18+. First weeks rent, along with a $500 Security Deposit due upon move in after application approval. We do not accept any form of General Assistance, Housing Vouchers, State Aids etc. The place will be available from 15th September till the end of May 2025.
