With every modern amenity provided, from a fully-equipped kitchen to cozy sleeping quarters, we ensure you will feel right at home. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom, two-story waterfront Cottage directly on Tims Ford Lake, just a few-minute drive from Downtown Winchester. It includes a private dock on-site, a complimentary covered slip at our Marina, and a furnished balcony & patio with a natural gas grill. There are 3 large smart TVs and a bonus living room downstairs. All linens are provided with extra pillows and blankets. We supply a starter amount of paper amenities and soaps. Fast Wi-Fi. In-unit washer & dryer. Comfortably hosts 10 guests and is peacefully and privately tucked in the back of Twin Creeks Resort & Marina. Monthly renewal at $3500 per month certified tax exempt with all utilities included, 10 guests maximum, a valid credit card & ID must be provided to keep on file, and the renter is in full agreement to our STR & LTR contracts upon reservation confirmation.
