     Management

I viewed 2 units at 200 Reed St and 2 units at 416 Rimmon, with Bryce on 12/9. I made sure to repeatedly tell him that my time, to use my voucher, was on 12/26. They claimed the application process would takooooope 3-5 days. I gave actual phone numbers and email/ DM. No one was contacted! I gave 8 refrences! I highly doubt that the "application fee" was used for its purpose! Those are just piling up in a bank account, somewhere! If they aren't already, they should be paying for an 'unlimited package' deal, not pay for individuals one-by-one! So, that "fee" is just being pocketed. I'm guessing they collect 100+ "in fees" alone. So, agencies like Blue Door Living (and they def NoT the only ones who do this!!) I attached a few addresses (available rentals) to add to my app, never a reply! AND they are an exclusively ONLINE agency! And you are expected to immediately respond to a text msg or email, that they send out 2-3 hours before the showing time! If you don't showing is cancelled! Sometimes, they don't send a live body to "show me" the unit or answer any questions! I've often met a maintenance person for a showing. He can talk about the work he's done, but he's not the rental agent. Bnarie@bluedoorliving.org. Bryce showed me 2 available units on 416 Rimmon #4 & 6 and 200 & 202 Reed St. According to Zillow it had been on the market for 39 days! I asked Bryce at the showing (for all 4) , about other available rentals. They had SIXTEEN open, ready to rent, apartments! What selfish bastard, in this market, will reject 100's of people, waiting for a "perfect tennant"? Collecting between $35~$65/ per person, while they wait! Some agencies will require the app fee AnD Security Deposit! Before you view it! I asked him "why?" His response was "people are paying it!" My Security Deposit is being paid on my behalf. I'm not giving up my personnel information before I see a place! I emailed Bryce @Blue Door on 12/.... asking "what's up?" It had been 13 days since I paid the fee! He stated no reason why I was not chosen for a lease, just that they picked other applicants. After Bryce, at my showing told all 3 (separate/ group showing) of us to "just apply" & "don't worry about that!" It took him 13 days to email me with a decision! I then had a week before my voucher expired! I bet if I'd hitched a ride with Bryce like the girl, that attached herself, to my scheduled showings. *Funny, only her head disappeared, from our view behind them! She was extremely "flirty" with Bryce during the showings. Asking who makes the decisions? Followed it up with "I'll do whatever I have to" and that was her reasoning behind wearing a skirt that day!

If you don't mind filth in the common areas/ halls/ unit or lead paint, it's great!
