Located conveniently to 1604, IH10, 281, The Rim/LaCantera, airport, numerous trails, coupled with safety and excellent city services, you cannot go wrong in Shavano Park. The quiet, serene cottage is furnished for the long-term traveler, a working stay, or someone in transition. In addition to the interior living space, there is a 400 square foot porch which allows the occupant plenty of room to spread out. The pool, fire pit, large patio, and Green Egg grill are shared with the owner. The ideal tenant is a single person in transition, a working professional, or a serious student seeking a quiet neighborhood. The duration of the lease is negotiable. The lease duration is negotiable. The Landlord will use Innago to screen prospective tenants. The Landlord utilizes a standard lease agreement. Rent will be paid and collected through this application/site. Water, waste, internet, landscape service, and pool service are furnished by the landlord. Tenant is responsible for the CPS Energy/Utility Fee (cottage has a separate meter) to be reimbursed to the landlord by the 10th of each month. Partial months will be prorated. The cottage is equipped with two Nest thermostats. The tenant will share in the trash bin responsibilities. This is a smoke-free property. The tenant is responsible for all inside cleaning services (including laundry room) and regular AC filter and light bulb replacement. (As of 8/10/2025, all light bulbs were working, and most are LED bulbs.) The owner has two 7-year-old Australian Shepherds on the property.
