We have worked very hard to create a good environment for our tenants and we would like to keep it that way. We are looking for tenants that will respect the property and neighbors. A background and credit check will be run on all applicants. The fee for the background and credit check will be paid by the tenants. Credit score needs to be at least 600. Income needs to be at least 3x the rent. Proof of income is required. Owner pays for water. The tenant is responsible for all other utilities that include electricity, sewer, trash removal, internet, cable, phone.
