This spacious retreat, complete with essential amenities, is perfect for making lasting memories with family and friends. We provide both professional and real-time images from our cleaning team, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. We hope you find time to enjoy the pool, open now until October 1st. It is not heated. Guests will enter through the door on the front porch by using a digital keypad. Step inside the living room with a decorative fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room and a hallway that leads to three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Continuing through the dining room, you'll discover a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and the downstairs bedroom furnished with a comfy bed, sofa, and access to the backyard. Moving outside, the backyard is a haven for leisure and enjoyment. The patio has comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. The refreshing swimming pool awaits you for a dip or a relaxing swim. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, which will not disrupt your stay. Access to the yard and pool area is required on service day. Pets are welcome for a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Our home is located in a friendly neighborhood, close to the heart of downtown Montgomery. With its central location, it offers convenient access to the city's amenities such as grocery stores, great restaurants, parks, museums, and more. We are just a few minutes away from Jackson Hospital and Alabama State University. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. No parties or events are allowed at the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against the homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with the homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury, or death.
