This home features three spacious queen bedrooms, each sleeping two, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, and there's a free washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a Keurig coffee machine. The large outdoor kitchen includes a stainless steel stove top. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles. The MIL suite offers a quaint farmhouse-styled studio with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and high-speed internet. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles. Winter Park is known for its Old World charm, beautiful brick streets, and historic neighborhoods. It's uniquely like a mini-version of Manhattan's Central Park, but in Central Florida, with an abundance of parks. Close enough to the theme parks, yet just far enough to still experience local Orlando living, the area boasts a refined hipster vibe with the hottest restaurants, sleek bars, eclectic coffee shops, shopping, world-class museums, and a liberal arts college campus right in the center of town. The best way to get around is by car, and don't forget to turn on the "Avoid Tolls" option on your GPS to avoid expensive toll charges! The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of five guests at any given time. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for all your remote work needs. A laptop computer is not included.
