Season rent rate includes: wi-fi, basic tv cable, pool maintenance and electric plus water (with $150 cap for each). Landlord's car stays in the garage unless the lease is long term. Otherwise, tenant can park in the driveway or on the other side of the garage. The master bedroom closet is locked but 2 armoires and a dresser is put in the master bedroom. Pets can be allowed on a case by case basis and must be neutered and vaccinated according to HO'S rules.
