     Management

The property manager was fine. My problem is with the Landlord. Please don’t list your property if you are not interested in renting it. I wasted my personal time and money, and also had my credit ran for a property I had no chance of renting to begin with. That is very unprofessional.

     Property

It was a nice property unfortunately after paying application fees, sending bank statements, pay stubs, and having my credit ran the owner decides he/she is no longer interested in renting it and wants to rent it to a family member. So I wasted a lot of time and personal money for no reason. Very unprofessional.
