This is a smoke-free community, and if evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and excessive noise during these hours will not be tolerated and after an initial warning may result in a fine or further action. There is a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs. The number of guests must match the number of guests on your reservation. If your suite requires an excessive amount of cleaning a $200 fee will be assessed. Party gatherings are not permitted in the suite. Altering, adjusting, amending, or adding anything to the unit or its contents is prohibited, and we reserve the right to charge a fee for anything that is missing or damaged in the suite upon check-out. Please do not tamper with the fire alarms or firefighting equipment. Short-stay bookings are not permitted to bring other guests to the property to sleep over. The outdoor pool and lounge deck and pickleball courts are under construction. The golf simulator lounge is available.
