For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the penthouse, with a $500 fine for violations. The penthouse is not pet-friendly. Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, to maintain a peaceful environment. The maximum number of guests allowed in the penthouse is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted. We have cameras outside of the home for your safety, and tampering with these will result in a $500 fine. No parties or events are allowed, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Guests are liable for any damage to the property and should report any damages noticed at check-in.
