Guests will self-check in via a lockbox and can contact us via text or phone call. The Blue Line train runs behind the home, passing every 30 minutes. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00. Parties or events are not allowed, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Smoking inside the apartment incurs a $500 fine, and tampering with noise monitors or exterior cameras also results in a $500 fine. Please respect the neighbors and adhere to quiet hours. Only registered guests are allowed, and any damages must be reported at check-in. Ear plugs and white noise monitors are provided in each bedroom to help with train noise.
