This 1850 sq. ft. house features three spacious bedrooms all located on the ground floor, while the second floor is occupied by an annual tenant with a separate entrance for privacy. Enjoy access to the entire first floor, the garage, the back deck, and a fenced-in backyard, perfect for a group of six or eight if you choose to use the queen air mattress.
This beachy, bright home boasts hardwood floors, a working fireplace, a charcoal grill, a fenced yard, a porch with a swing, table and chairs, and a beautiful garden. Enter through the front door into a spacious and airy living area. The back bedroom features two twin beds, while the other two bedrooms include one double bedroom and a queen bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open and welcoming for gatherings, and there are two full baths along with a nicely sized laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The garage is stocked with beach essentials, including a beach cart, coolers, an umbrella, and bikes.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $100. Private parking is available with room for three vehicles. We offer concierge beach and bike equipment rentals, as well as baby equipment rentals, which will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure.
Located just one block from the beach and close to the ARE and Seashore State Park, this house offers an ideal location. The area maintains a relaxed beach environment throughout the year, with wide blocks welcoming bike cruisers. For those seeking downtown resort action, the house is a quick bike ride to the boardwalk and all the entertainment the area has to offer.
Guests staying longer than two weeks are responsible for providing their own bed sheets and bath towels, as our linen rental company cannot cover this duration. For short-term rentals, bed sheets and bath towels are provided. No early check-in or late check-out is available during the peak summer season from May through September. A starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels is provided, but guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.
