There are a wide variety of birds, turkeys, bears and deer that are part of the nature found in the surrounding environment. The property is 15 minutes on foot to 300 acres of Warren Wilson hiking trails.

The apartment has 2 large open rooms, additionally there is a large bedroom. There are hickory wood floors throughout with tile flooring in the kitchen, bathroom and Florida room. There is an abundance of kitchen cabinets, additionally there are many built in cabinets, closets in the apartment.
Thee is also a 3 season Florida room with openable glass/ screened patio doors on 3 sides for fresh air and a door that leads to a small deck. The house is built into the side of a hill and this Florida porch room is at tree top level. The described rooms are all on the same level. The primary apartment access is from a set of stairs that goes along the house to a landing , where you enter the mirrored room with a large bank of windows to the outside, described below as a previous danceroom).
There are 2 outside decks that the tenant has full access to for shared enjoyment.
There are windows on the back side of the apartment. One room was once a dance room and has a bank of windows on 2 sides and full length mirrors on the third side of the room
There are washer dryer hook ups in kitchen, and a dishwasher, stove and refridgerator are included.
12 month lease , 1 month security deposit . $1200 per month
