Grocery stores, gas stations, Trustco bank, Niskayuna schools, a laundromats and Niskayuna family care are all within a 5 minute drive away. The town pool and the splash pad are within 10 minutes. For work, Knolls Atomic Lab is close, Ellis Hospital is nearby and it's no problem to get to Colony, Latham, and Clifton Park. At home there's a 2 car driveway and a nice garden in the front. Around back is a fenced in backyard with grapes and blueberries growing around the 3 season enclosed porch. Inside, the kitchen, while dated, is in good repair, clean and functional. The bathroom is original to the house, neatly tiled. The hardwood floors in the living room, dining room, bedrooms, hallways and stairs have recently been refinished. With the addition of modern lighting, they glow warmly. In the den, a light luxury vinyl tile with area rugs makes for a comfortable place to relax. So does the screened in porch out back. When it comes to mechanicals, the equipment is reliable. There's an updated forced air heater, and a new hot water heater. Plus, if the power goes out, the house is hooked up to a generator that kicks on automatically, right when it's needed. It really is a wonderful place to live and we look forward to a showing.
