Easy walking to public transit, and a wonderful neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. This unit does not come with a designated parking space. Street parking only. A Zone 8 permit is required to park in Eastlake. $750 deposit refundable. $500 nonrefundable to hold the unit. $500 is applied to first month's rent. Cleaning fee $300 non-refundable; Application fee waived for 1 year lease. Tenant pays gas, electricity and cable; LL pays water, sewer and garb. No utility surcharge. This is a non-smoking property! Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in individual units, balconies, porches or on the property. PETS: Tenants will sign a pet addendum to the lease agreement, and have proof of insurance coverage for any damage to the apartment. Cat Rent : 1 cat - $25 per month or $300 per year. 2 cats - $30 per month or $360 per year. Accepting, completing and signing of 2023 Eastlake Associates Cat Policy required. Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis. Accepting, completing and signing of 2023 Eastlake Associates Dog Policy required. $35 a month pet rent, or $420 a year due at time of lease signing. Deposits and fees in excess of rent may be payable in 6 equal monthly payments.
